Reinstate Suspended License in Texas
If you need to reinstate your suspended Texas driver's license, you can do so in a variety of ways. If you do not owe any fees to reinstate your suspended license, then you can submit proof of your eligibility by mail, fax, or e-mail. Proof of your eligibility will include documents showing that you have complied with the guidelines that allow for your license to be reinstated. All documents must include your name, birthdate and driver's license number. You must also submit a copy of your suspension notice. If you do owe fees, the easiest way to pay them is online. If you cannot pay online, then you can mail your fees to the Texas Department of Safety. Note that if you have not complied with Texas's mandates for reinstatement of a suspended license (i.e.: DUI counseling, child support payments), your driving privileges cannot be reinstated.
